Dropbox: Cloud Files Storage App Reviews

iPhone 6S with iOS 9.3.4 I think they got the bugs fixed. Still not sure how its supposed to work, however.

Why do we need to connect a computer to use photo download on the app, not all of us has a computer lying around, so the newer updates are horrible bring the old one back when photos downloads didnt needed to be connected to a freakin computer!

Im perfectly okay with not having the automatic upload anymore. Thats not the issue. My only issue is that the photos I upload dont actually show up where photos you upload are supposed to be visible (the "photos" file)..

Im worried because I just read the post that Talked about having to have a computer. I do not have a computer so maybe Dropbox is Not for me?????

Why doesnt the save option in my Dropbox save the image to my camera roll? All I get is a Terrible scan option. I just want to save the original file to my mobile. Dropbox was great. But this update does nothing to help me

Best Cloud storage ever

Dropbox is pushing their new product, Dropbox Paper. As a result, they added a feature to the regular Dropbox app, where the app tries to guess if there is text in the image, and prompts user to install or run Dropbox Paper app. This option shows in recent changes timeline, and is not turntable off. So I spend a day taking pictures, then yank the SD card from the camera, plug it in and drop 300 photos into my Dropbox account (yes, its a paid account). Then I go into recents tab, hoping to select all 300 pictures in one shot, and move them to a different folder then "Camera Uploads". But I cant <expletive> select all of them, because <expletive> Dropbox app detects something that looks like text, and prompts me to move **each** such file by <expletive> hand. And there is no <expletive> way to turn off this <expletive> feature!!! What kind of usage cases were performed and how did this make it past QA??? 1 star

I would gladly recommend this app to all my musician buddies, super easy to use and convenient for what we have to do in the music industry.

After saving a document or need to go somewhere quick, I can save it to my 50 GB Dropbox, then have access anywhere on any device! Keep it up

Makes sharing easy, storage simple and I love that you can get free space just by using the features

honestly nothing wrong with this app, allows saving files for offline, password protected app and you can use your fingerprint to lock the app. quickly upload your photos to save space on your phone. excellent app

I do not have a computer... I was able to save my photos and videos but not anymore because i need a computer to do so... 5 stars when fixed

Since the last update Dropbox no longer works. I cant open, update, or delete and reinstall. I cant gain access to my documents on my device. Do not waste your time with this app. If I could I would give it negative stars because this is not even deserving of any stars. So after this review I tried to contact customer support and have never had a more frustrating and infuriating experience. I am now stuck with this app that doesnt work and cant be removed.

please make the ability to clear recents. I pay $10 per month for pro and it seems silly not to have this option.

App instantly crashes when trying to upload 144 pics I downloaded onto my phone from my point and shoot camera. Uninstalled and reinstalled app same results.

Just downloaded the newest version and all it does now is crash. Stays open for about 5 seconds then crashes. It forced me to get the new version to upload my photos and now I cant do that. Love Dropbox, angry with the new version.

It made me update so I could upload my photos from my phone, now it keeps crashing over and over again without uploading. How do I get the old version back so I can at least access it?? I pay for the premium- not impressed. Please fix this soon!! Thanks.

Unable to access files that I used to have access to

Worked fine until now. The app keeps looking for new pictures to upload but it cant detect them. Keeps spinning around without uploading.
